Refund Policy

1. Try before you buy
Every subscription starts with a free 14-day trial of the full product — no credit card required. The trial exists so you can evaluate Vulmon Recon before paying anything.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period.
3. Refunds
Every payment is fully refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@vulmon.com from the email address on your account. We review every request and respond within a few business days.
