Account

Manage your profile, sign-in methods, and account.

Manage your own account under Settings → Account.

  • Profile — change your name, avatar, and email; a new email takes effect once you confirm the verification link. Your role and teams in the current organization are shown here too.
  • Password — change the password you sign in with; your current password is required. An account that signs in only with Google or Microsoft has no password to change.
  • Two-factor authentication — add a second sign-in step from your authenticator app. Turning it on confirms your password, shows a QR code to scan, and gives you one-time backup codes — store them safely, because a backup code is the way in if you lose the device. At sign-in you can choose to trust a browser for 30 days, and signing in with a backup code signs you out everywhere else.
  • Sign-in methods — link or unlink Google and Microsoft for one-click sign-in. Microsoft accepts work and school accounts only. You can unlink one as long as another way to sign in remains. If your organization uses single sign-on, you sign in through your identity provider instead.
  • Leave organization — leave the organization you're viewing, unless it's the only one you belong to. Access ends immediately.
  • Delete account — asks us to delete your account. You confirm with your email address and a 6-digit code we email you. Your account closes at once: you are signed out and your API keys stop working. We delete it within 30 days, and until then you can reply to our email to cancel. If you are the only person in your organization, the organization is deleted too; if you are its only owner and others remain, make someone else an owner first. See Plans, trials and your data.
