Tags & owners
Label assets and make ownership explicit.
Two labels make a large attack surface manageable: tags describe what an asset is, and owners say who is accountable for it.
Both are set on domains, IPs and seeds, and both flow down to the websites, ports, certificates and technologies underneath them. Tags are free-form and filterable, so you can carve the inventory into production, acquired or whatever divisions your organization actually uses. Owners can be individual users or whole teams, and everything a person or their team owns turns up under Assigned to me — including the findings raised on those assets.
