Your account lives in one workspace. A workspace holds one or more organizations, and everyone you invite joins the same workspace.

Users and teams are unlimited on every plan — nobody is priced out of giving a colleague access, and only the assets you monitor count toward your limit. Five roles span two layers: workspace-wide owner and billing, and per-organization admin, editor and reader, where an editor works only the assets assigned to them or their team.

Assign teams as owners of domains and IPs, and each person's work turns up under Assigned to me. Larger accounts can split a surface across several organizations — by brand, subsidiary or environment — sharing one plan and one asset quota.

If you run your own identity provider, single sign-on covers sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, and SCIM provisioning lets the provider create, update and deactivate people without anyone touching Vulmon Recon.
