Where to add an exception for the addresses Vulmon Recon scans from, what to leave closed, and how to match them in your logs.
Vulmon Recon scans your attack surface from a small, fixed set of source addresses. Publishing them lets you:
- Add an exception for them in your firewall, IPS and WAF, so our scans reach what an attacker would reach, and
- Correlate a source IP in your own logs back to the scanner.
